Neverwinter Nights with the Aurora Toolset can be purchased online (for example, at GOG).
Unity can be downloaded free for personal use here.
Unity Models
ScriptEase II's research produced some character meshes in 3DS Max by student artists. There are two iterations, as artists graduated and moved on to other projects.
